Ascalon Quests for Factions?

Hello, this is my first thread on here, so I am apollogizing in advance if this question has been asked before.

I was just wondering if there were any Ascalon quests, as in within Ascalon City, for Factions characters. I havn't seen any, so I am assuming no, but if there are is there something you have to do/complete in order to acess them?

Foreign characters to Tyria only start quests around the kryta area I think it was (as the timeline happens you arrived there from factions as the ascalon refugees crossed the shiverpeaks)

nope. for factions characters, all lands before lions arch are questless.

Also for foreigners if you go back and do the missions you won't get any rewards for doing so, other than working on the Protector and Explorer titles.

Although if you take Tyrian and Canthan Characters and do the starter island quests in elona, you DO get rewards for them... thats three skill points and 5k experience... YUM!
