PvP build A/Rit
Neverending Silence
Yea yea i know what ur all thinking the A/Rit is useless aye? well ive finally found a use for it in pvp. and it works quite nicely i must say. it did better than the BoA build overall. The build works nicely with teamplay and does a good deal of dmg (wether ur atking or not
A/Rit
Attributes:
DM - 16
Restoration - 12
CS - 3 (whatever is left)
Skills:
Desperate Strike
Wild Strike
Horns of the Ox
Falling Spider
Generous was Tsungrai (this can be switched around alot, i did but this was my most common one) also Flesh of my Flesh if u want a res
Soothing Memories
Vengeful Weapon
Vengeful was Khanhei (Rit Elite) (can be unlocked in pvp for pvp characters or capped in Rheas Crater (luxon area) and also in Mourning Veil Falls (Kurzick area)
NOTE:** the elite in this build is a Factions elite only**
Weaponry: +5 nrg, zealous, +30 hp
This build killed melee easy enough and i was actually able to survive AND provide great support for the team, even if ur not atking directly the vengeful and heals can take their toll
Let me know what you think, advice, changes, critism, etc.

+5 energy daggers? erm no...a 15% dmg bonus please. Assassin = dmg. energy daggers = puny dmg. It's like going into PvP with non-customised daggers. A BIG nono.
And why would you have hardly any points in CS? If you're running DM your gona need CS or there is pretty much no point in assassin primary heh.
Looking at the build..I can't say for certain it doesn;t work because TBH I havn't tried it and probably won't. I doubt that this can do as much dmg as a Shadow Prison 'Sin or even a Mobius 'Sin. If you play assassin you (generally) want to do a quick single spike combo and do as much dmg possible in the smallest amount of time.
Oh and FN is pretty much all the healing you need.
This seems more like a farming build to me :S

Dagger dmg base, 7-17
15% of 17 is what ? 2-3 dmg ?
You do the math, and sin combos have armor ignoring dmg, for example, horns of the ox deals +33dmg, so It's not going to affect that either.
It's like those noobs that used to play shove sin with frenzy instead of flurry then get owned in 2 seconds because they dont want to deal -2 dmg with their regular attacks.

LoL, at least they didn't use Healing Signet+Frenzy on their assassin.

So sometimes you'll be attacking with a weak chain, and sometimes you'll be holding items. VwK is useless in PvP, once you hold it people don't attack you.

No res, no deep wound, no real damage if I don't attack you. The only reason this build works is that there are some idiots out there with the same mindset as you and off course they'll be stupid enough to die.

1) Weak damage and slow; Assassin is all about quick damage spikes.
2) It's full of self heals, can't really help allies.
So basically, you can't do damage and can't heal allies.

Not really. Weak damage don't count when it can be reduced to 0 by Stoneflesh Aura or Shield of Absorption.
------- A/Rt maybe possible after the skill update. Neverending Silence
O i forgot to mention this. heh its only for RA PvP, thats only place ive tested it. i used it with slight varients on the rit skills and it performed way better than BoA. VwK helped against those pesky melee and when they stopped atking me i simple started throwing vengeful weapon and heals to other players. Also, weak dmg? lool weak dmg my ass. Desperate Strike does quite abit after im below 82% Hp, i was doing 90 to wars and 110 to casters. yea i know the build aint that grt and all, but from the 87 matches i played it with, it did way better than many sin builds ive seen. Also its unexpected and threw alot of ppl off. and as far as BoA goes...Hex Breaker > BoA build

The 15% is multiplied by 20% because you customize it. 1.15x1.20=38% extra dmg. The +38% dmg also affects the +dmg on your attack skills kthxbye. EDIT: you were kidding right? Yanman.be
I don't think +damage is modified. However, You'd want any damage you can get.

uuhh i dont think they multiply eachother...dont they add up 2 35% more?...anyways the +5 energy is sometimes better than 2 more dmg b/c u have 5 more energy to use on another damage attack skill before having to pull out n heal. that being said; +5 helps alot more than 15^50 on assassin. If u want damage on an assassin, use a vamp mod.

No they multiply. Guild Wars always multiplies kthx

But Thomas, the +bonus damage from let's say [skill]Moebius Strike[/skill] does not change at all. That's the part where you are wrong for sure.
