Are you asking about starter arenas? They have them. The Battle Isles? You have to advance to the ports to get to them.

yes, that was a stupid question. a question that can be answered by looking at the NPCs in the first town of the game white holding down the alt key(it says what alt does on the keyboard quick-reference card) is a stupid question. thats not being l337, thats reading.

Exactly, besides, most of the people there got ran to the max armor anyway

I saw this lvl 4 warrior in the Shing Jea Arena with max armor tanking against our full group of lvl 9s and 10s. He actually did a halfway decent job... then he was the last one standing...
