just wondering if its worth anything like this or if i add +5 energy and +20% longer ench. mod on it.

Only seen couple of these but they should be about as rare as inscribable tribal axes. 70k-100k~ imo, more or less depending if you find someone who loves the skin.

actually if I'm not mistaken, almost all sickles now that drop are inscribable. Even if not, the only valuable ones have dmg that is min 6-19
[the max I've seen was 7-20]
