It was before NF was released, so I don't think it would be... I found this auction thread selling the same thing and he doesn't say if it's inscriptable or not, yet the s/b is 80k and the b/o is 100k + 40e: http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...ht=fe llblade
