I have an Eshwa's Wand, idk what the heck ghostly is but its something like this:

-Max dmg, Req: 9 Domination magic
-Halves skill recharge time of Domination magic, Chance 20%
-Energy +5 while health is over 50%

Like I said before, I have no clue if its what you want or not. If it is just say hi in game or yell at me in here. I'm looking for around 20 - 25k, hope thats reasonable. If not then oh well, thanks for reading i guess.
