Hello all,
I am trying to install guild wars, and I am trying to connect to arena.net. It gets almost all the way and then just stops. I have disabled my firewall on the computer and the router firewall, and I have no idea why it is now working. HELP!

run guildwars using the --diag switch. It will output a text file that can be submitted in a support ticket.

Goto Start > Run

"C:\Program Files\Guildwars\Gw.exe" --diag
