Excel and Word pop up

During gameplay i get spikes of lag, then i see a quick flash of "Microsoft Word" or "Microsoft Excel" pop up. When i minimize there it is, a copy of word/excel running. They are not set up as hotkeyed or with a shortcut key combo.
Very annoying. How do i fix this?

I'm thinking it has something to do with the fact that W and E are directional keys and something with Control key. But it wont do it outside of GW?

Anyone have a clue on this? I tried to google it but kept getting search results about Install poppin up.

you could try rightclicking word or excel and checking if they have a shortcut key and removing them?

i said above that there isnt

id try a reinstall of excel/word and see if that will effect it..

Go to start-->run--> type in msconfig

Hit startup tab.

Remove anything that is microsoft office-related

(You don't need it anyway to run office)
