PC on Emblazoned Defender

I'm trying to work out if I can afford to buy one of these and couldn't find a relevant pc. I already have a req 9 +30 -2s but would like to know how much I should expect to pay for:

Emblazoned Defender
Req 9 (either)
+30 health
-5 (20%)

I'd be prepared to bid very high on this shield if it ever came up. Not sure exacts, but could easily go over a million.
