Could u pls PC this Amber Aegis for me?

Don´t really know wether to sell it, or dye it black and keep it for my warrior.

100k-120k~ maybe little more or less, -2 from perfect somewhat reduces the price. Might want to get more opinions this shield isn't so familiar to me.
