Looking for Axe +15/ -1 energy regen

Hello I am looking for an axe with +15% and energy regen -1 inherent mod. I dont care about the skin or the requirement. As long as it is max damage thank you.

Clearly, this damage modifier exists. To say otherwise is not only spam, but silly.

Silly, I have a Gothic Dual Axe, Req 10, 15% ^ -1 Energy Regeneration. Vamp 3-1 Perfect, Enchanting Perfect.

Wow that one is pretty secksy. It may be too rich for my blood though, but I will PM you.

This particular mod is very rare, but also very undesired so Im hoping that I can get an axe for a reasonble price. Keep them coming though.
