Arenanet refuses to help customers

Unfortunately I was having a problem with my Guild Wars account and have lost the original 25 digit access key used to create my account. Arenanet refuses to help in any way without the 25 digit key. The initial problem is I logged on last week and my Factions access key had been removed for some reason. My account is in good standing and I still have access to Prophecies and Nightfall.
I dont know if this a computer error on their end or if I somehow am in violation of something. I would assume if I was in violation of something either Arenanet would email me or lock out all access to guild wars. They told me that they wont help without the 25 digit key and that my only way to get my Factions key back would be to repurchase Factions and use the new key.

I am truely shocked they wont help in any way. I guess the moral of the story is "don't lose your 25 digit access key". I just wanted everyone to know this.

Look at it from their side. If you sold a game for 50 bucks and someone wants a new one without proof, wouldn't you deny him?

I know it sucks badly, but yes indeed, do not lose your keys.
