Bought a req 11 +5e shadow blade 15k; modded with 20% enchant and sold for a 35k offer ingame a day later.
There is a market for non-inscribable nice skinned +5 e weaps
for casters who don't care about req, just looks and the +5e/20% enchant one hand combo.
Nevertheless it is somewhat of a hard sell with the market for +5 weapons drastically bottomed out by the ability to inscribe any NF weap with energy mods. I think I was lucky because I already knew a buyer looking for that particular skin with an energy mod. So I would agree with jackie if you're trying to move it quickly, otherwise wait around for the right buyer 10-15kish.
