If I am correct on how this works, people keep a infinate amount of energy going through Jagged Bones as a necro.
my short solution would be to elliminate SR intake from jagged horrors, as they are practicly free to cheap minions, and keep Sr as it is for now.
i could be ignoring a fact, or there is errors in my idea so, anyone can feel free to correct or improve my idea.
