PC on Ghostly Staff

I was goofing around with some heros today and found an old school Ghostly staff. And it seems old school weapons are the new thing lol. Where heres the stats any help would be nice and TY in advance




***Scyfer you made me think of something I dont know why this didnt change in the update but this was gotten in UW way back when it was 20 to named attribute or HSR10% all spells. I do wish it would have changed though. I got this back in the prot bond days of UW. Should have sold it then =)

Seems to be missing the 20% HSR mod standard on all staffs. ~10-20kish if you're lucky.

Salvage.....

There MIGHT be collectors wanting the skin, but I'd do as Oofus suggested: salvage.
