New Testing

I wanted to make a thread here to point people in the direction of a large Dev Update Thread in the Events Forum set with information about competitive play, skill balance, and Heroes' Ascent changes. I know it was moved there with a good reason, but I do think having a post here in the most trafficked forum (stickied and closed, perhaps?) would help substantially more players see that thread over in the specialized forum.
