Shadow Shround need a fix ?

Just tried [skill]Shadow Shroud[/skill].On Fort Aspenwood. Pretty good for breking down gates with monk support.
While playing I notice an earth ele tank trying to take mines.I dis-enchant her and hex with Shadow Shroud.But the Ele still able to cast defensive enchantment on herself.Was this a bug or develpor intend it ?

though I haven't tested this myself, I think untargeted enchantments are not affected by shroud, so it's rather pointless vs an ele tank.

Yeah. Enchantments on yourself still work. I think even Aegis might work, since it's not a real target.
