Any chance on gitting some similar features to other MMOs?

I'd like to ask, is there any chance on some new features those in other MMOs have?
Such as...
1: Mounts (Flying or otherwise)
2: More character customization options (There just arn't enough unique ways to customize your characters looks, like makeing a necro look like an undead)
3: An auction house that spans all campaigns (so everyone who wants to buy or sell can gather in one place, instead of traveling between a bunch of different towns)
4: Skills which let us craft our own weapons and armor (This would allow for more personal customization of looks, and something else to do in the game when bored)
5: More then the current skill deck (Being able to have more skills set at once would allow for much more creative builds)
6: Higher Level (The line about this game not rewarding those who play a lot is already wrong on every level, so why not let us attain such levels of power as other MMOs)
These are just my hopes and dreems for the future, any one think these could happen or if I'd like these features should I be forced to pay a monthley fee like WoW?
