Too see what your video card it: Go to control panel, Click on Performance and Maintenance, Click on System, Click on DEVICE MANAGER, There should be a + beside Display Adapters. Click on the + and it should tell you.

And just to tell you - You cant have 200 gigs of ram.

RAM - Random Access Memory - It lets you open files fater, run more programs faster.

A GB - Gigabyte - Is a unit or storage space. Kilobytes - Megabytes - Gigabytes - Tera bytes - Etc.

i think you mean ghz for ur processor speed, and maybe mb for ur ram but it wouldnt b 200, it would b 256mb,or 2 gb, which is a good amount and if its a fairly older dell and even some of the newer ones, it would most likely have a not so good onboard video card, i honestly dont think you will b able to run many new games very well. is it a dell and how old is it.

Radeon X1600 Series Secondary just means the second output plug on your video card (There should be two at the back). Radeon X1600 Series is the plug you're using for primary display.

You're system can pretty much kill GW
