Light Dmg 11-22 (req 13 smiting prayers)
Reduces Crippled Duration on you by 20% (stacking)

Unsure of the popularity of this skin or it's rarity (in NF it's very rare, looks like a Factions drop to me). Merch this, high req, no casting mod (cripple), or else use it yourself.
