Auction Question - No contact from seller

I won an auction on Guru on the 30th and I have not heard anything from the seller yet even though I have already emailed him a couple of times. I have not seen him online either. How long do I have to wait before I can leave negative feedback and look for the item elsewhere?

Did you e-mail the user, or did you send your e-mail to auction@...? Personally, I wait 7 days to hear from buyers/sellers.

After 7 days I would give em +0 or -1 feedback.

I emailed the actual seller, not auction@.
