Buying/Trading for Gloom Shield

I am in need of a strength gloom shield i am looking for req 9-11 but I do not have alot of money to go on. I have 20k towards this (dont put any fancy mods on it, i have what i need)

I would really appreciate this, i have a few things greens, got some perfect dragon scythes, req 9 igneous blade, and even a tactics gloom shield (i want and need strength)and other things that i could offer up in trade with the 20k if needed but im really low on cash.
