Where is my armor...
Arnack
Okay, I just logged onto my account (haven't been on in a while) and all my armor is gone. I just have all starter armor.. should I contact the guild wars team?

Just stay in your login screen for at least 5 mins if your armors haven't loaded yet then, try to see if you characters are even wearing them.
Also i'm pretty sure anet won't restore anything a player loses.
(I've had times where i needed to wait a while for my pc to load the armors and display them, he displayed starter armors instead while not having them loaded or w/e, GL)

I installed GW, but when I click on my character, it doesn't download anything. It just sits at the loading screen 0% done..

Ok, to your first question: This happens because your client has not yet downloaded the armour data, so it displays the starter amour by default.
To your second question: Firstly, is it transferring any data? What does it say in the bottom left corner? If it says connecting, then you probably have a game/connection related issue.
If it says downloading/decompressing, then you most likely have a large update to install. The best way to fix this is to right click your guild wars shortcut, select properties and add -image after the target adress. Then open the shortcut and leave it running overnight. This will make the game download and install all updates and then quit. Once this is done, change the shortcut back.
