Aurora Glade kickin me in the rump!

Is it possible to finish Aurora Glade with Henchies? Twice now I have gotten to the end of the map just to have the White Mantle dude run up and put the crystal on the pedestal and then the mission is over...am I doing something wrong? Is it just a matter of timing? Or are the henchman just not smart enuff/quick enuff to help me keep them from doing it?

All missions in prophecies are henchable .

One thing i think would help you to achieve this is to plant the henchies at one of the shrines, and you just keep running the crystals, really suggest a running skill of course, if you do it like this it should be no problem at all, eventually the henchies will kill all the white mantle then you can finish it.

thanks Xanex I will give that a try, I just didn't want to go at the mission again(tonight lol) if it was pointless. I'll give'er another go!

Easiest way i find to do it is to let the white mantle capture 2 pedestals, then take all henchies and park yourself in the path between the white mantle and the 3rd pedestal. As the white mantle approach kill the runner first then all his pals, wash, rinse, repeat. After a few waves they'll stop coming because you've killed them all. Then just capture the pedestals at your leisure. You can also just waltz into the mantle base to kill the bonus guy (i forget his name) as he will now be unprotected and you won't have to worry about losing the pedestals.

The other thing, from the crystal runner side, bring some form of speed burst (if possible). Something that will help you run a little faster.

I did it with heroes and henchies without probs. I just flagged the heroes (one of the heroes is an mm) in the left pedistal. while I run crystals in the 2 of 3 pedistals. If you have really good heroes, they will be able to kill most of the groups without you. Afterwards, I just killed the remaining runner and the demagague.
