Ritualist Staff or Wand & Offhand NO Greens!

Alright, I normally get greens, because its just easier. But there is no greens for my need.

I need a rit staff, gold obviously. Req 10 or less communing. It HAS to have HCT 20%, I would prefer it have perfect HP and supplying perf energy mod as well.

If you have Wand and Offhand, they both need to have HCT 20%, and HP or energy mods on as well, same req as staff.

The mods on them need to be perfect.

Someone has to have these things please! There are no greens with such mods on them (HCT 20%), no HSR please .
