Hi everyone. have you ever had an assassin jump you and no time to respond? feel like youve been killed one too many times by an assassin? i do. and i think its about time for a change to their seemingly-favorite skill, shadow prison, and their only heal on the skill bar, Feigned Nuetrality. i'm getting fed up with the sheer amount of assassins with Shadow Prison and Feigned-Whatever.
every time you want to go into random arenas, there's at least one assassin per team. if not, there's one the next team. in alliance battles, theres at least 50% of the team that are assassins. Tell me this isnt how GW is made to be.
So im here to suggest changes! sure the build is "Fun" to new players because the "gankage 1337 lolz pwned" of it, but it's time for a change.
Current effects:
Shadow Prison
energy: 5 Casting time: ¼ recharge: 20
Shadow Step to target foe. For 4...9 seconds, that foe moves 66% slower.
suggested CHANGES
1. Takes 15 energy to cast.
2. recharge changed to 30.
3. attack skills disabled for 4...2 seconds. (a little harsh)
4. This Hex ends if you hit that foe.
Feigned Nuetrality
energy: 5 Casting time: ¼ recharge: 25
For 4...9 seconds, you have +7 Health regeneration and +80 armor. This Enchantment ends if you successfully hit with an attack or use a Skill.
Suggested CHANGES
1. +40 armor.
2. casting time 1 second.
3. Energy required: 10.
4. Recharge is now 30.
5. as soon as you ATTACK, not HIT with an attack.

OMG, assassins are doing what they're supposed to be doing, going in, killing, then running away. NERF!
Seriously, if you know it's coming, plan for it. The standard a/w build is COMPLETELY NULLIFIED by hex breaker. They can't touch you at all. Blind still gimps assassins to hell, as does any kind of miss hex, sv, necro hexes in general...actually too many things to list. Feigned Neutrality already got its duration reduced, so no more nerfs to that. It's a very, very fragile build; try playing it some time.

I Agree with you, but should half the teams of AB or one out of every 4 in RA be assassins? ask yourself that, and then go see what im talking about. they're everywhere.
