FACTIONS main missions BUG - help

I purchased nightfall a few months ago and i have 3 char in this campaign 2 at lvl 20. So I am not new to the game.

I have just purchased Factions and im am having problems.

I got to the first story mission (cho's estate) the one were u follow togo, then watch the cut scene.
When the cut scene ended i noticed my primary quests had disappeared and i could not activate this mission. This left me with nowhere to go or do.

Another player from my guild had experienced the same problem and told me to tag along with another player (like he did) to get around it.

All was well until i got upto the second mission (Zen Daijun) and again the mission was not in my primary quests the only get around was to tag along with another player.

Please advise - i have chased PlayNC but all i get is pre-written responses that are useless.

You may already be aware of this but just in case... since you started with Nightfall you may not be familiar with the way Factions (and Prophecies) Mission Outposts are set up. Nightfall introduced the concept of talking to an NPC to start the mission. In Prophecies and Factions the mission is started by an "Enter Mission" button that is located at the bottom of your Party window when you're in a Mission Outpost. You shouldn't lose your primary quest after the cutscene though because there's still an NPC to talk to to get the quest reward. If you're actually losing your primary quest before getting the reward for it and don't have an "Enter Mission" button then yeah, I'm not sure what the problem is.
