People try and sell bare req9s for 40-45k, but that's REALLY pushing it. These aren't as rare as people think, but they are fairly popular.
20% Forget me not and 30hp focus core, or 20/20s is the most popular combo, but those max mods are pretty good as well. You could sell it for up to 55-60kish, but it would average around 45-50kish. (HSr20% + 30hp combos I've sold for 65-75k before but that's due to the Forget me Not price).
