1. It is non max (but it's just one off). Someone might want this as it's a popular skin. 5kish tops for desperate people.

2. 5-10kish tops for a 20/10; most non inscribable staffs that don't have ultra rare skins (ghostlies/zodiacs) don't sell well then there are inscribable (and 20/20 moddable) versions around.

3, 4, agreed. Salvage 5/1 hammer haft, sell the leftover 15vs hexed to stuey for exorbitant amounts of loot. I mean, uh, merchant.
