Staffs! Staves are another item entirely 
Anyway:
~5kish, common skin, useless mods for DF. Salvage the 20% head, and 5kish if the staff is left.
~40kish on illusion ghostly.
~5-10k on earth wand.
Insp+1 20% isn't particularly useful on the staff, but the 20/20 is nice and rare for non inscribable items. Unfortunately the staff skin itself is pretty common and not that wanted. ~15kish tops.
