yes

just install them as two separate accounts and have one person at each pc to play together.

you will need router to access both at the same time on one internet connection.

you dont need to buy a second copy and a new key to have two accounts? dont need another key to create a second account?

All you need to have a new account is a key for the campain you want to create the account with. You dont actually need the install disc or anything like that since you already installed the client. Altho you'll have to buy a new copy of the game either from playNC (in which case you'll only recieve a CD key) or any game retailer.
