PC on "The Lifegiver" (green)

Can anyone help me out with a PC on this plz, i cant find it on the forums. thnx

light dmg:8-12 (req 4 smiting prayers)
halves skill recharge of spells (20% chance)
energy +3 (while health is above 50%)
health +20

Worth nothing.
It's a starter green (i.e. Beginner Islands.)

Slap it on a hero.

That's bs man they are still worth a lil, maybe 2-5k tops my guess, if a stormbringer which is no ways near as good is upto 2k?!? yeah they aren't gonna be a 15-80k item but still has some value, especially to add to a spell hero since they don't do their dmg wit the wpn itself anyways or to a collector even, but I'd check wit one of the guru's like jackie (she's the price check expert) they actually have a clue on them, btw is the health +20 or +30 I have one from a drop N it's a +30 hlth bns!!
