someone please answer me this : If i make a factions character, and i go to tyria, and get quests ... will i get skill rewards from teh quests as phrophecies characters? PLEASE HELP

For core professions (either primary or secondary), yes but only those after Lion's Arch.

*P.S.: If you're an A/Rt or Rt/A, sorry, you wouldn't get anything.

Going backwards towards Ascalon you will not get any quests nor will you get any rewards for the earlier missions, other than credit towards protector and explorer titles.
