Ok, dug about the mules a bit, and I have the following that fit your description. Neither are currently listed on any of my auctions or sell threads.
That one is 55k
That one is 40k as-is. It does not have a core at the moment. I have many perfect cores sitting around. If there's one in particular you want, I'll sell it to you for a fair price. Without knowing which core you're after, I can't quote the price, though.
I can probably dig up a gold, req 9 DF inscribable holy rod with something along the lines of HSR and 5>50 perfect mods. Such a wand would be 15k.
My IGN is Luny Runs Wild. I can not promise to hold these items for you indefinitely, as I find these pretty easy to sell in game. I have aureate lamps (DF req inscribable offhands,) too if you're interested.
