It's the minimum price that a seller is willing to accept for a property to be sold at auction.

Yup
You have every right how you want to sell your items. Just that if you aren't ethical in your selling methods, your reputation will get a hit.
and please watch your bumps. Edit your post if you have something to add. 1 bump/post allowed per 12 hr period in the pc forum.

Forum bump = moving your thread to the top by posting a new post. Dont do it in PC forum more than every 12 hrs, and other sell forums every 24 hrs.
Reserve price = hidden (or not hidden) price that sellers put in to annoy buyers, having a low starting price to falsely entice them to bid on the item, when the seller will in no way sell under the reserve price. It's a guessing game, for hidden reserves, and we buyers don't like it!
(Imo, it's a good way to not have anyone bid on your item, vague end date + hidden reserve price = bad news)
