running out of missions

I run 2 characters in Nightfall. One is a char from faction and one i started from nightfall. At some point both of them are left without missions or quests. The nightfall char didnt even leave the ile. The char from faction ended with no missions after he completed command post. What is going on ?
Could it be because I unlocked all heros with my pvp characters ?
Is it a bug ?

No, you missed Primary quests... Check the flow of missions and quests here to find out wher eyou should be based on the last mission/quest you did with your chars:
