Help on Monitor Settings.

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my Hyundai ImageQuest V770+ monitor (This problem was my fault -_-). Anyway was playing around with the settings (H. Size, Position, pincushion, parrallel, pin balance etc.), and now I have ugly crooked black lines on the edge of my monitor, and cant seem to get it back to normal. I hope you know what im talking about, as I wish to get this fixed!! The monitor is a 17" CRT, so if anyone can please post back what they are using for their settings, or if you know the default settings for this monitor, please post back!
