1. Barrage- Elite
2. Splinter Weapon (+53 damage to all adjacent foes- next 5 attacks)
3. Wailing Weapon or Warmongers Weapon or Nightmare Weapon
4. Favorable Winds
5. Trolls Urgent or Spirit Light
6. Wielder's Strike-(nice spike spell for help with individual/boss targets)
7. Essence strike (used for energy gain when low)
8. Flesh of my Flesh

Tried out the new Splinter Weapon buff last night in PVE and holy cow you are devastating to bunched up groups. You can take about half the health of a bunched up group with 1-2 shots. So many yellow numbers I thought I was Troll Farming again. (Also If you can get a Paragon in your group with “Go for the Eyes” its all the better)
I am pretty sure in PVP this build would fail, but I do not PVP. Hopefully they will not change the weapon skills back to there original state

That looks fun. I'm assuming it would also work the other way round, just Splinter Weapon wouldn't work quite so well.
If you're hitting multiple people with barrage does Splinter Weapon consider each arrow on the barrage as a "hit" or can you fire Barrage 5 times before needing to reapply Splinter Weapon?

theres probably a better rit heal than troll ungunt, especialy as your a rit primary

Not sure if it is working on one arrow like Wiki defines it or on multiple. Only reason I say that is because you only get 1 or 2 Back to back barrages off before the weapon skill disappears. I need more testing time but won’t be able to do it till this weekend.
Yes there is probably better healing skills I use trolls because I am used to it, and use it defensively.
P.S. I wonder what a team of 8 Rits with pets for blocking could do ?

Tested it on some training dummies and it looked like it counted for every arrow that hit.

I tested it before as well.
First barrage on the dummies and 3 would trigger splinter, because only 3 dummies got hit.
Second barrage only 2 would trigger splinter.
So UnMonoLoco shows that it's stayed the same. Thank gord! It would be nuts otherwise.

Added Wielder's Strike-Target foe is struck for 15...51 lightning damage. If you are under the effects of a weapon Spell, you deal an additional 15...51 lightning damage. Nice addition for Individual/ boss targets.

Nightmare Weapon might work: it's about a 120 heal on your next Barrage, in perfect conditions. Otherwise it's the same amount but distributed over the next 3 attacks.

There's always Wielder's Boon too, which is probably ~100pt heal for 5 energy and a 4(?) second recharge if you're under a weapon spell.

This build works well solo verses the Zaishen Elite for getting PVP faction. If you want to unlock something. They group up so nicely for you.
