It'll be a hard sell though, high q and messy stats.

Possibly up to 30-35k if someone REALLY wants an eternal shield, but the (stance) health mod isn't max and stance health mods aren't popular, and the req is somewhat on the high end for non inscribables (and inscribables are popular atm, over any equivalent non insc eternals).
