Okay, found this today while exploring the area and it doesn't make any sense to me. Is it part of a quest or something or just something they put in for fun?
I know the picture is kind of small but check it out if you don't believe it. It's North-West of Seeker's Passage.
Oh yeah and the lightning just disappeared when I pressd Screenshot button in the first picture but you get the idea.=P

A long time ago, I had the really bad idea of staying at the strike zone to see if the lightning would kill me. Sadly it doesn't.
