Unwaking Waters Explorable

well was trying to farm Rajazan's (my first time at it so i got pwned) seems like the ress shrine is there to fill the map Is this normal?

Unless this is a huge bug, I think you are trying to farm in the mission Unwaking Waters which you can not do. You have to finish the mission first which takes you to The Harvest Temple then you can leave through the temple exit. You then need to kill your way in a counter clockwise circle from the exit to get to Rajazans. We is right by the closed entrance to The Unwaking Waters Mission outpost (Not sure of its name)

Edit – as I look at your screen shot I am more confused then before. Are you farming out of the Harvest Temple? If so I guess The rez shrine outside of the temple always worked for me

Just checked the wiki, and the non-res could be from one of two reasons:

1. There is only one res shrine in the middle of the map. If you didn't get close enough to activate it, then that would be why you got the Party Defeated message.

2. The res shrine is controlled by the alliances. Depending on who you have more Faction with will determine if the shrine will be active. So, if you have more Kurzick Faction than Luxon Faction, and the Luxons control the area, it will not be active, or vice versa if you have more Luxon Faction. If you want to activate it, you either need to kill all the NPCs at the shrine, pay 50 gold for them to activate it for you, or wait for your side to regain control of the area, in which case it would automatically become active for you.

It does not matter you have activated the res shrine by going near it. If you have higher luxon faction and the town is taken over by Kurzik or vice versa, you won't have a place to rez. And you will be forced to go back to outpost unless you paid the priest 50 gold.
