Fighter/budo

I was thinking that why there wouldn't be some class that uses hand to hand combat? Like it could have very fast attack speed, low recharge on skills and power-ups for punches/kickes. Later they could get some little weapons like tecchus. And they could have also some skills that causes stun for some time or reduces attack/spellcasting time. Weaknes: low armor. So, post comments.
