I'd drop anguished and add in whirling defense and even a 4WS troll (spare points). I believe 16 expertise gives a pretty nice whirling still these days and whadya know...oath shot will recharge it . I'd also seriously consider dropping Union as it'll last aproximately 0.01 seconds and replace with either [wiki]Disenchantment[/wiki] or [wiki]Dissonance[/wiki]

I'd avise Natural Stride or Dodge. Can be activated if you see another Ranger around. 3-5s cast times are pretty easy to interrupt after all.

try to drop some points in expertise to get a few survival oO (im french, my english sucks), then u can get wanderlust as Elite? Shelter is also good, as the main advantage of the ranger spirit spam is to be able to spam High Energy spirits (imo). Also drop Whirling for Displacement, also better imo

Use Generous was Tsungrai for heals.

Oath Shot, Whirling Defense, Shadow Song, Dissonance, Pain, Union, Displacement, Generous was Tsungrai/Resurrectiong Signet.

Soothing it really conditional (your team?), Disenchant just doesn't compare to Shadowsong and Dissonance, and you could run into minor energy issues if you have all the expensive ones.
