pc gold eagle defender & ancient shield

Hi......i found these two great shields but not sure what they are worth. Can someone please help me out with them. Thanks.

1. 15k-20k, although it has good mods for salvaging as well.
2. 5k~ or so

20kish eagle.
10kish for ancient, tough though.
