I'm Guessing it's the standard Earth Ele Sliver build with AV/SV thrown in.

Good drops? I have no idea...but last evening there were about 30 E/Me's in Jennur's Horde, all of which were zoning solo.

Vehjin mines is a good place to farm in general. Yohlon is decent.
