Ranger pets

hello all. I am kinda new to the game still learning about the roll of a Ranger and different builds for the ranger.

my question has to do with his friend on the field.

if i want a new pet, say a bear or Moa, how do i ditch my stalker for that?

I am at post-sear. actualy just got there.
