I'm not good at PCing the high end items, even when it's if purple. Can someone please PC this purple max, req 9, 14^50% Dwarven Axe? Please

Damage +14%^50%
Lengthens Crippled duration on foes by 33%
Armor+5

sorry for ze bump. But I as well would like a PC for I have a Dwarven Axe(max dmg: req 9 axe, 14^50)
