Its something like:
12 Divine Favor: the bonus keeps you alive, from spamming Prot Spirit, and reversal of fortune
8 Earth Prayers
14 Smiting
Put the other points in wherever you feel like it, I cannot get on GW right now, so this is from memory.

Basically, walk out from either of the two Domain of Fear entrances, and aggro the groups of Rain Of Terrors running around. Maintain all your enchantments, and spam Reversal of Fortune and Protective Spirit.
I am posting this here because it does not work as well as it could, the Terrors use call of torment, then continue to attack you.

I was thinking Smite Hex for one of the optional slots, but I am not sure if it would work well.
