pc on gold shortbow

i was wondering if this shortbow would be worth much

Cold Dmg: 15-28, req 9
dmg +15^50
Armor +7 vs elemental dmg

Also, i was wondering if i changed the string for a 20/20 sundering string if the price would increase significantly?

maybe 15-20k if you sell it now, adding a 20/20 would jump it to about 30-40k i believe..
