Or perhaps it's just me?
I've counted 5 out of 7 instances in the last two hours where I've had all three pets (heroes and player) wind up stuck somewhere after leaving Sunspear Sanctuary. I haven't taken the time to try and recreate the problem elsewhere in the game as I'm sharing experiences only from that part of Elona. I've never had a pet get stuck before, anywhere -- ever.
I tried searching the forums for previous posts and turned up nothing in regards to bugs from this past weekend's testing. Is it possible this is a problem occurring specific to my account?
Pets getting stuck?

Pets get stuck a lot at the shrines when you go to get your bounties between the NPC and the shrine.

Conversely, sometimes enemies get stuck in the same place, which make them easier to pick off.

I too see my pets stuck on the shrine NPC's often so am extra careful when leaving them. I also see them stuck on guards at staircases and such places.
Now I pretty much try to move and pause to make sure they are following whenever I encounter such obstacles.

I think the reason you see this more often around the sunspear sanctuary is because of the path you take for your quests. Most of the time when you leave out of the command post into a zone, in order to get to the shire you want, you wind up making some sort of haripin turn to continue along your path (arkjok ward to get the chest or to head to Kodonur Crossroads, Sunward Marches to save Koss.) This pathing leads to more tendency to be in a position for your pet to get stuck.
Many other zones you walk directly up to a Shrine then turn left or right to continue rather than straight ahead in the same direction so you have less tendency to get your pet stuck.
On a side note, I might just be imagining it, but when I played my BM my pet would always get stuck leaving sanctuary into arkjok ward. Once I finished the game with her and was playing as other characters it seems as if that shrine holder had been moved making for more room between her and the shrine. I thought maybe they fixed the positioning a little bit but haven't tested it in that spot yet.

yep they get stuck on the shrine ppl

I've had that happen alot. Best way to remedy the situation is to flag your heros before you get to the shrine so you only have to worry about the one pet.
